| Created by an artist from Palekh (not marked). Made through a painstaking and time-consuming process involving paper-mache, egg tempera, gold-leaf with gum arabic, clay priming and lacquer finishing. Has some crackling, so it has been marked down in price. This lovely box is 3-3/4" high, 4-1/4" across, 1-5/8" deep, and has a rich red interior. The most intircate box we have available!
