| What a fantastic little book! I love how this book includes directions on how to posture yourself and hold your egg, which is not something I’ve seen in other instructional books or websites. The book includes clear, full-color illustrations as well as color photographs so kids will understand the process and know what the finished product might look like. It even includes a template for designing your own egg on paper. The spiral binding means it will lie flat so kids can use it hands-free while they work on their pysanky.
All that said, it is marketed for children, but beginner adults could certainly learn from this as well. It’s basic but not pedantic and you can’t beat this price for such a thorough manual. |
